Vision:
A basic. Simple. Ordinary. Familiar. Informal. Standard. Universal. Unremarkable.
Never unnoticed.
Always alive when worn, always in effect when the message is read.
Anti-vision:
Dominance calls itself normal. It calls itself nature. It calls itself tradition. It calls itself common sense.
What is repeated becomes invisible. What is invisible becomes unquestionable.
Until someone refuses the script.
A unisex boxy crop built as a physical extension of Alex Nantaya’s Hold Me Closer EP.
The thorns cross into an X, almost like a harness. A way of holding. Lifted from a 2003 Ann Demeulemeester archive, the shape carries both tension and intimacy.
But the X also speaks about collision. Bodies joining. Lovers folding into each other. Strangers dissolving into a crowd. And everything that bleeds inside that union.
The rounded typeface hints at circles, gatherings, rituals. Night communities. Day communities. People finding each other under different lights.
Alex is wearing a size S / 178 cm.
